Scope of services under the Digital Services Act
This website provides corporate and informational content about the services of pharma‑insight GmbH. It does not offer user accounts, content uploads or community features, and it does not qualify as an “online platform” or a “very large online platform” within the meaning of the Digital Services Act.
Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer Dispute Resolution
Consumers can obtain information about alternative dispute resolution bodies and available redress options via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress portal at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws.
